• Who Can Participate

  • All families enrolled in Spring 2026 are welcome to participate. This event is complimentary.
  • Children must be able to follow the "No CRAZY Running Around" rule during the event.
  • No crying babies or toddlers in the classroom during the video recording session. If your child becomes upset, please step outside with them and return when they are ready.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. No princess dresses, please.
  • All adults must wear socks.
  • Once you sign up, you are committing to attend. Please be considerate, as a no-show may prevent another family on the waitlist from participating. We kindly ask that you review your schedule carefully and plan ahead before registering. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.

***Important Notice & Photo Release Agreement***

By registering for this event, you automatically grant Early Start Music permission to use and release photos and videos of you and/or your child as outlined in the policy below.

THE EARLY START MUSIC PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT

I hereby grant Early Start Music permission to use my likeness (or that of my child/ward) in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

• Ownership: I understand and agree that all photos and videos will become the property of Early Start Music and will not be returned.

• Usage Rights: I hereby irrevocably authorize Early Start Music to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.

• Waiver of Inspection: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness (or my child's likeness) appears.

• Waiver of Compensation: I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photo or video.

• Liability Release: I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Early Start Music from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or, if the participant is under 18 years of age, I am the parent or legal guardian with the authority to grant this required consent.
